I’m an end-to-end Lead Product Designer, with 12+ years experience working for B2B SaaS healthcare startups and consulting for fortune 100 companies across various industries. With a background in industrial design and innovation consulting, I have strong experience in 0-1 product builds, planning and conducting user research, synthesis and product strategy.

I spent the past 6 years as a player/coach Product Design Manager at Kalderos, a Series B healthtech and data analytics company. As the second design hire, I led the design on most of Kalderos’ products, created the initial site architecture and developed their first design system. As a design leader, I created the hiring and onboarding processes, established the working norms of the team and developed the approach to product discovery.

Previously, I worked in Innovation Consulting, at IA Collaborative, as an Industrial Designer and Strategist, advising and guiding Fortune 100 companies in incorporating human-centered design and creative thinking into their business strategy. Highlights include, developing the product strategy for the Sonos Move, and creating a new design language for Leica Biosystems, which can be seen applied to their newest products.

Living in Bozeman, MT, I can generally be found outside, hiking with our pup, fly fishing for trout, skiing and recently learning how to be a good dad to our new daughter.
