Kalderos Discount Monitoring is a two-side platform aimed to minimize noncompliance and remove waste in the crossover between the Medicare, 340B and commercial drug programs.
Drug manufacturers can monitor compliance in both the MDRP and Commercial drug programs, dispute and manage noncompliance, and minimize revenue leakage
Covered Entities can respond to Good Faith Inquiries, helping prevent duplicate discounts between 340B and MDRP, contributing to the integrity of the MDRP drug discount program.

TRANSITIONING FROM REPORTING TO WORKFLOW
The first version of the manufacturer product was primarily a reporting and BI tool. We evolved to a workflow tool, allowing manufacturers to view data uploaded into our platform, initiate and manage disputes with states, and view the progress in minimizing noncompliance over time.

DASHBOARD DATA ANALYTICS
As our data platform matures, Kalderos is moving more offering more dashboard analytics. This work helped create the framework for data visuals and including creating a data viz color palette and guidelines for our design system. My role was advisor and mentorship, as this was lead by designer who reported to me.
